CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- Customers can only cancel their orders any time before it is handed over to the courier, however if the order already processed then kindly contact our customer care department to assist you further.
I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return by following these steps:
- Please make sure to contact us within 7 days from the day your order is delivered.
- Ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
- You will need to pay the shipping charges for receiving or returning. If you order for more than 100 AED, then the shipping charges are free, but in case you want to return the item or any of the products from your order, the shipping charges for your return will be deducted from your refundable amount and the remaining amount will be deposited into your Login Wallet Account. We don't have a cash refund policy.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM AFTER 7 DAYS?

HOW CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY CREDIT CARD?
- Those orders are placed by credit card or PayPal. Then the Payment will be refunded to your card, but depending on the individual’s bank requirements, the amount may take up to a month to be reflected on your card statement.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE COURIER TO COLLECT THE RETURNED ITEMS?
- Typically, the Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the days you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect the item.
CAN I SCHEDULE TIME WITH THE COURIER TO RETURN AN ITEM?
- At the moment, you will not be able to contact the courier company directly. However, once our courier representative contacts you to schedule the time for the pick-up of a returned item, you may provide your preferred timings for them.
WHO PAYS FOR THE SHIPPING CHARGES, WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Customers will need to pay all the shipping charges if they won't like the product.
- If the item is a damaged or wrong item or missing, in that case, DOD will pay all the shipping charges. After our team inspects the damage or wrong item.

WHERE TO FIND MY TAX INVOICE?
DOD is registered with the TAX department and has a VAT TRN number, which you can find in your invoice.
Normally, we would send an invoice at the time customer placed an order.
if the customer enters a valid email at the time of registration.
