  1. DODuae.com Delivery partners?
    We are in partnership with Third party couriers like Jeebly, TCS etc. to process deliveries across UAE.

  2. Where we Deliver?
    At current Doduae.com only operates in UAE hence our locations of delivery is only limited to UAE.

  3. What do I have to present at the time of delivery?
    At the time of delivery, there are no identity requirements, the customer is requested to submit his accurate address & contact details while confirming the order.

  4. How can I schedule delivery?
    The customers are advised to schedule a proper time while getting a confirmation call from the courier company or our customers can choose the delivery point anywhere while providing the address detail while placing an order.

  5. How can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

  6. I’ve been waiting longer than your delivery promised, what should I do?

  8. Do you offer collection in UAE?
    We do NOT have any outlet/reception in the UAE to collect the returns directly, only delivery.

  9. How long does it take to receive my order?
    We offer Delivery within 1-2 business days when the order is confirmed before 03:00 P.M.
